Each year, every dollar raised from the tournament supports the Jan Henrick Achievement Award Fund, honoring students from Plant City, Wharton, and Pasco High Schools who have shown remarkable growth and determination. Faculty select 12 students from each school, young people who have turned their lives around through higher grades, stronger attendance, or a renewed positive outlook, often in the face of serious challenges.
